Good evening readers, movies are flooding in and I know I can’t catch them all. HOWEVER, I’m not missing this one because the Scream Queen herself, Jamie Lee Curtis, is reprising her role alongside Lindsey Lohan. Let’s brew about it!
I seen the original Freaky Friday back in 2003, it was a fun, heart warming movie that brought character growth and families closer, Freakier Friday did just that. I felt so many things in BOTH of these movies, I remember feeling Anna angst against her mother, feeling misunderstood and eventually seeing the mother’s side of things in 2003. But with Freakier Friday I definitely leaned more in on the mother and grandmother’s side of things. I love that they brought the whole cast back, even the little brother. It was a wild and cheeky ride.
Since, we already followed Freaky Friday’s story I’m here to talk about Freakier Friday where it follows Anna and HER daughter as well as her future step daughter and Tess, Jamie Lee Curtis’s character. It is a wild goose chase of a ride, filled with laughter and some tear jerking moments. All and all it is a great watch. What do you think?
